KTTV Cancellation/Refund Policy - PRODUCT/SOFTWARE: Any amounts paid for Keys to the Vault product or software are not refundable under any circumstances. All sales are final. EVENTS: Any amounts paid for enrollment in this or any Keys to the Vault program are not refundable under any circumstances after 72 hours from the time of registration. Cancellations within the 72-hour period will be charged a $500.00 per seat per event administrative fee. If you cannot attend the program, the full credit may be applied to a future program at the prevailing full price event rate. Transfer fees will apply. If you must reschedule, you may do so up to 4 weeks prior to the date of your scheduled event. If you do not reschedule within that time frame, you must attend the event otherwise you will forfeit the fee. Any payments made under this contract must be redeemed by December 31, 2021 or you will forfeit these payments. In the event that we must postpone due to COVID-19 or any other reason out of our control, you are guaranteed a seat in a future event at the price paid today. Any request for a refund upon postponement will revert to the 72-hour cancellation clause above and the refund will be issued minus the per seat administrative fee noted. Should we have to postpone into the following year, the timeframe to complete the course will also be extended.
